Name: Vanlehente. That's definitely a surname, but I've no idea what his first name is.

Specialty & Skill Level: Vanlehente is most definitely support staff. He is, in fact, a certified, registered, chiropractor, but tends mostly to stick to playing the part of the masseur. This is because he is 100% blind. That, while being a disadvantage in public situations, makes him a very, very good man for the fellow destressing people with oils and massages and sometimes, when he's feeling confident that people trust his not-seeing, a spot of chiropractory -- his sense of touch is highly elevated, and far better than most people's.
Since someone is almost always bound to ask, however, yes, Vanlehente does have a seeing eye dog. She is a chocolate labrador, and her name is Rishi. As for his handheld, it's got both a programmed screenreader (thank you Pae, Charlotte & Kai) and a GPS (suggested by Emma, who wins).
Personality: Shy, believe it or not. He's timid and uneasy and has all of the individual self-confidence of a lemming on heroin. (Note: no actual lemmings on heroin were harmed in the making of this application.) While a romantic and a dear, trusting friendly man at heart, since the end of his two-year military term, which he spent as dispatcher for the morse code room, he has been more and more withdrawn. Vanlehente has a strong appreciation for the arts, and spends much of his spare time sculpting.

His mother was an agent for THEY before her death, which is the only reason that this otherwise ordinary fellow even knew of their existence, let alone ended up working there. Or, rather, re-working ... he's just arrived, and would be considered really rather new, still settling in (both himself and Rishi, even) -- but he knows the area, since when his mum worked for Thacker, he and his father visited whenever they could. So, Vanlehente feels much safer with headquarters themselves than with the people in it.
